Founder & Managing Partner

Tré Bunker is the Founder and Managing Partner of Treasure Talent Partners, a boutique executive search firm focused on Digital Transformation and ServiceNow talent.

Before entering the technology industry, Tré spent 10 years serving in the United States Marine Corps. He later built a background in International Relations and has traveled to more than 50 countries, experiences that developed the discipline, adaptability, and cultural awareness he brings to search today.

Before founding Treasure Talent Partners, Tré spent several years as a ServiceNow professional working on the company’s Federal team. That experience gave him firsthand knowledge of the platform and the professionals who build, implement, and lead within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Today, he applies that perspective to executive search, helping clients distinguish between candidates who simply have the right keywords and those who have the technical depth, experience, and leadership capability to make a genuine impact.

Tré is currently completing his MBA and is based in Texas.
